The sun is quite strong on them. I wouldn’t call all sunglasses “pervert glasses”. The main usage is still to reduce light. And if polarized, to reduce reflections (which also helps in some car windshields). They are tools to protect our eyes and improve our vision under harsh circumstances. Before anything else.
