    Man I live in Fuerteventura. Here we use sunglasses to protect our eyes, not just while driving, but also walking. The sun is quite strong on them.

    I wouldn’t call all sunglasses “pervert glasses”.

    The main usage is still to reduce light. And if polarized, to reduce reflections (which also helps in some car windshields).

    They are tools to protect our eyes and improve our vision under harsh circumstances. Before anything else.

      No the joke is that no one can see your eyes so you can look wherever you want.

      I have very blue, very sensitive eyes so I can relate. I live in sunglasses when I’m outdoors.
