    Not that I wish to argue this is not a proposerously large car or anything, but that is a very compact tank.

    This comparison can be made with almost any car. The Smart Fortwo is also longer than a tank, technically. (when pitted against a T-27)

    And by some miracle, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Panzer II felt more spacious inside. It’s baffling how cramped modern SUVs and especially crossovers are compared to their external size.

    Our relatively small VW ID.3 is more spacious inside than most small-to-mid crossovers in Europe (e.g. Renault Kadjar/Nissan Qashqai, Volvo XC40 etc.). It’s still a lot smaller in external dimensions, and actually fits to parking spots.

    So the BMW is a bigger target and far less armoured? Why would you ever drive the BMW!

        X7 = 1.35 people/meter, tank = 0.62 people/meter

        ETA: not that I’m justifying the size or anything lol. Just mathing

            Persons carried on average has to be >1.0. Might be less then 1.5 which would make your statement true after rounding down but it cannot be 1 unless there are a lot of drivers that miss a leg or an arm and you are a biggot who sees them as less than 1 person.

              You’re quite correct if the average we’re using is the mean, but the mode is also a way of expressing an average, and I wouldn’t be surprised if that was 1 for the BMW.

          Oh yeah? But the tank has 0.201 more cannons per meter that the car. In other words, infinitelly more, infinitelly better.

        Ah. Sorry everyone. The math is wrong! (It’s getting into the night here.)

        It’s the BMW that is longer, not the tank. So that’s not the size to compensate. Unless …
