      Decades of “innovation” have brought them only further down the road to total enshittification, they need to go back to the roots of making quality products that can be easily kept in service for a long time with simple means.

    That is a bit less then a third of jobs in the automotive industry. It is probably time to just let that industry die already and focus on innovative new or old industries.
