So I wake up in the morning sometimes when I’m trying to abstain and unfuck my brain, and MY OWN scent makes me instantly horny! I never resist it. It’s this Earthy, but not quite scent. Sometimes it’s even kind of tasty from certain parts.
What causes this? What scents do you like, and does this happen to you too?

FWIW, the most intense erections & ravenous desire IML tend to be from cunnilingus —but, my sense of smell is higher than many, and I’ve trained in culinary for decades, so that might be corollary. 🤓🤷🏼♂️
Pheromones.
Supposedly, humans can’t sense pheromones, but there are other subtle cues about your health and immune function in your scent that makes it possible for someone to be attracted to you in the first place.
Have you seen any recent studies on this? The pheromone sensing organ, the Vomeronasal Organ is essentialy non-functional and vestigial from what I have read.

Really? How so! The articles I read were fairly inconclusive, but I find this interesting.
The organ may be vestigial, as we have diverted the majority of our brain towards sight but the pheronones, regardless small, still play a role. Body chemistry changes as we age and part of the change is signaled through that pheromone activity. Sweat glands also play a role, obviously, but there are subtle cues from that ancient body chemistry at play as well. It no longer sends us into heat at a sniff but it still moves those primal parts of the brain.
