Personally it’s that companies in America are so shitty that they don’t want to pony up the money for tools. I work for a local government parks dept and all the tools are provided for the trades staff

But customers just want to talk to a human. I didn’t think people will completely go away

Look for local governments, maybe parks and rec, waste water, transportation. Learn to type fast to pass the typing test, learn word and excel, and if possible systems like workday or other time and personnel software. You sometimes do not need a degree for those assistant positions

You might need to get some oyster shells. They might not be getting enough calcium. Especially young hens need it sometimes.
