Wish I could. I have a company work truck, and I need to dramatically downsize my personal vehicle.
People in countries that use . instead of , still use $ without changing punctuation when referring to the dollar.

The Culture is fantastic. Except the ugly parts.
Good lord. Because the dollar exists, and people in other countries are free to reference it without changing their numerical punctuation standards. Other languages have their own spellings for America too, and in their own alphabets. They don’t have to switch things up for us.
Don’t worry, the American dollar won’t be the de facto global currency much longer, so this kind of thing will just fade away. Of course, that means we will have to learn new systems.
