  • After Trump the first time, the Democrats had a real chance to clean shit up and seal the deal for GENERATIONS. They had a majority, they could passed a higher minimum wage (at least the 15 people have been protesting for since… 2000? 2010?), universal healthcare, taxes for billionaires, busting up monopolies, and everything else FDR would have agreed with without hesitation. SOMETHING, at least. A few years of this would have been amazing for our consumer economy, consumers are important.

But no, they’d rather humiliate everyone who voted for him; sure, he wasn’t as bad as Trump. Good job you shithead, how hard was that? Was your 50 years of experience not enough to know how to “beat the system”, all of the ins and outs? Where’s your wisdom, old man?

The entire last 10 years have been embarrassing to every American, in my opinion, bOtH sIdEs and all that

What!? Banks gave out loans so people could rebuild? Even after the lend lease program

Indeed! The rates were untenable, so they also gave MORE loans to pay off the interest of the loans, and so on, making incredible wealth off of interest alone. Like I said, it wasn’t done for charity.

Much was not repaid, of course; that was paid for by the taxpayer, those loses were not paid for by the banks (The US was the guarantor).

There’s no fantasy, I agree that that’s really what they did. Well, plus the USA seized a lot of land. And built many military bases all over the world. And much, much more.

Number of countries that have to do what the U.S. tells them: zero.

Is this some kind of joke? Seriously?

Ironic claim on your part. Check out the history of the LOANS given to rebuild Europe. That’s the “scoop up” to put it simply.

Governments were then beholden to the loan givers to rebuild; those loans weren’t charity. They were very ADVANTAGEOUS to the USA. American companies and the banks that own them bought everything for the bottom dollar and used that to strong-arm the rest of planet earth into compliance in many ways for decades. The effects can still be seen and felt today. Not even going into the UN, NATO, the IMF, the World Bank, and so on.

It’s multilayered and incontrovertible. Check it out, my angry befuddled friend

OR provide me with “true information”. Good luck

  • He’s put the cart before the horse.

It’s not “the right”, it’s the super wealthy billionaires who have taken over the political media & infosphere. Earnest liberals and conservatives should open their eyes and see, they are both being used against the other right out in the open.

The political media and infosphere is FOR SALE, why does he ignore that? Anybody can buy them and control the narrative. Oh, correction, anybody who’s filthy rich can buy them. Not you.

  • “Sorry folks, we can’t pass it even when we have a majority, because of a rule we can change at ANY TIME when we do have a majority, but we choose not to go back to the “old way” because we are cool and hip Democrats! Also, minimum wage is seven bucks an hour. Oh, we are the labor party, uwu.” ~Democrats

    “Fuck you” ~Republicans

The longer and more thoroughly you do so, the less aware you are; after a while you can be quite out of touch with the people and world around you. You live in a society, and it’s better to know your enemy than to be oblivious to them. Social networking with less social can be a hug box trap.

Nothing WRONG with doing it, however. It’s your right to be anywhere on the scale between being very social and total isolation.
