This is a cool video although one thing I don’t think is talked about as much as I would’ve liked is dragons as alien life forms which evolved separately. It’s a cool concept that doesn’t get discussed much. I know why he specifically didn’t talk about it because he’s a geneticist and what is does is already extremely theoretical, and that would be probably too theoretical even for him. Still an interesting idea that I don’t think gets talked about as much as it could.

Also and this is just my opinion, while I do think it’s cool how much he went on about how to create fire breath biologically, I don’t really think this is as much an important part of dragons as other people think it is. Most people will think “dragon” when seeing a winged reptiloid with the appearance associated with dragons. It’s also way less feasible/practical than he makes it out to be because of the energy requirements as well as potential complications related to having fire in your mouth.

I love the new community icon. Is there a banner in the works too? I mean it’s not needed but it would be nice to have a cool banner.

I think it’s fine to post here, so long as it isn’t excessive and doesn’t happen too often. If you think it’s related to the furry experience of using Linux then I’d say go for it.

This is awesome, many other servers I’m on have Matrix channels for communication and support and it was kind of a bummer that pawb didn’t have them. It’s great that now we do.
