Some players are currently testing out the updated armor mechanics in Star Citizen.

It sounds like S4 weapons and smaller will be unable to do any damage to Capital sized ships.

However, if another ship is able to wear down the armor, then smaller weapons will begin to have effect.

Personally, I’ve been looking forward to this change for a long time.
