We could add to that the fact that federal agents have no jurisdiction in the constitution outside of interstate commerce inside the US.
That the contention that they don’t need warrants or cause to search anything within 100 miles of any border, land, maritime, or crucially International Airport (90% of the population is within that area,) is unconstitutional.
Obviously that doesn’t matter now in the courts, and our democrats won’t restore that part of the constitution if they get back in power even if things really go sideways.
