I guess warm breath rises, you can see it in winter when your breath is visible.
However, co2 is not present as a gas in your body, but bound to hemoglobin, so I think it only becomes a gas again in your lungs. Same as farts only forming “outside” your body in your intestines.
Does the warm carbon dioxide and other warm gaseous compounds sink or float?
