I did so today and I just achieved a lot today that I don’t think I would have done without them. If i could be this motivated and unshakeable every day, it’d be good for me.

It’s been hard figuring out if it was safe to take two a day, if it was even helpful, then remembering to take them at the right times (or at all), getting out of the habit of drinking tea (creates heart palpatations). Such a small thing, so much self work

Could you elaborate a little on the “forgetting to breathe” part, please? I’m experiencing something like that and have been wondering about causes.

so turns out, adderall affects me that way; the focusing gets so intense that, welll, I forget to breathe

I just went cold turkey after that, almost a decade later off meds and… well, I’ve been coping lol

Okay, with me it has nothing to do with focus. Must be something else. Thanks for the description.

to be fair, it has been well over a decade, so my memory of the effects and stuff is really quite foggy, lol

I remember concerta was one that just made me super nausaus and so I dropped that one faster than a guy who accidentally touched redhot metal (as one does)

my current situation is pretty much all copeing strategies lol
