Also hunger does not cause me nausea, so… no can’t say I relate directly. It can for my wife though, so I have dealt with that situation. But if she was nauseated, ate something, and then was still nauseated, then clearly it wasnt the hunger causing her nausea. It was something else, like a flu, meds, or digestive issues.

The point still stands, regardless of how your body reacts to hunger, that if your nausea is persistent regardless of whether or not you have eaten recently, then your issue isnt simply related to whether you have eaten, is it? There is nothing to get beyond that.
