The Boomers were victims of the Military-Industrial Complex just like the rest of us. After WWII, the Industrialists didn’t want to give up that sweet war profit, so they institutionalized it.
The Boomers grew up in that post-war boom, living lives of abundance before the hammer dropped. It was a great time for white nuclear families. Who can blame them for wanting that to continue?
Unfortunately, they actively tried to prevent others from accessing that same great life, and that’s where the problems really begin.

My fucks come from the fact that they, not all but the absolute majority of them, actively pulled that fucking ladder up and made every generation after them bear the horrible fruits of their decisions. They can fuck off. If I don’t have to speak to them ever again (because they can never be wrong, either way), I am very content with such outcome.
What has a younger generation done that is different?
Generalizing any group built on arbitrary things is stupid(blaming all conservatives on the other hand makes more sense given their ideology brought us here). I’m sure there are plenty of boomers that have done more for equality, the environment, etc than you or I.

Nobody that has or had to work any kind of regular job for a living is your enemy. Don’t allow yourself to be mobilized against the wrong people.
The boombers didn’t sell their own well paying jobs/our economy to the likes of China. Their employers did.
