This piece of shit has caused irreparable and traumatic damage to an innocent woman and is trying to hide behind a mental health issue.
Well, frankly, even if they were not mentally well that shouldn’t absolve the danger or actions. They need to be removed from society. They should get some help. But the length of sentencing should not include leniency. They are criminally responsible.
This story isn’t about mental illness. This story is about a black immigrant who was sexually violent.
The offense people take over sexual violence has more to do with the status of the victim and attacker than it does with the act it’self. Rape is barely even illegal so long as you choose your victim wisely.
