    Best if Europe keeps to having only small and mid-sized companies. Large companies are a threat to corruption and can start oligarchies.

    We also need to protect small and midsized companies from being bought out by wealthy and fascist big corpos and people, especially if they’re non-European. And we also need to foster cooperatives, to ensure democracy in the workplace.

    Founding a company was already easy, what isn’t is dealing with all the obscure rules and complicated tax schemes that come at you when you’ve already set it up. This doesn’t seem to address that

      Depends on the country. Establishing a company in Latvia? Easy. Incorporating the same kind of company in Germany? Nightmare.
