Iirc she was high on meth and had her twin sister (not high on meth) come and take the fall for her so she wouldn’t be incriminated for manslaughter. The cop had a recording device in the car, and her dumb ass went up to the sister IN THE COP CAR and started talking about the crime asking if they suspected anything. Police heard this and decided to investigate further. Had she not done that, her plan may have worked. Also she had already called her job to call out because she was in an accident and might have killed 2 people which police easily found out after they started asking around. The whole story is just wild. If you’re ever in trouble with the law, “I don’t remember” and “I would like to seek legal counsel before answering any questions” should be the only thing you ever say.
