And of course the apartment building doesn’t want that stuff going on because they want us juxtaposed but atomized.

This is awesome, hell yeah! I’m sure you know, but most of us have to get over a lot of inertia to try new things, even if we like the idea, so don’t get discouraged if momentum is slow to build!
