On a theory point its very hard to built a different kind of society especially when you’re forced to compete with a capitalist society, its why lots of the Bolsheviks used to believe that a global revolution would be nescissary to completely other throw capitalism. Have you never lived in communal living or with your family where you had to clean up your own shits? Because I have and I’ve seen it work. I’ve also seen worker coops work, and yes there are people who work in worker co ops who clean the toilets.
