SpaceX, owned by nazi billionaire(s) but staffed by mostly ex-JPL engineers and people enthusiastic about getting humans to colonize space, works with NASA and multiple universities in order to advance the common goal of colonizing space;
isn’t much different from:
Boeing, Lockheed, and a half dozen defense contractors, all owned by nazi billionaires, all staffed with various engineers that have floated between public and private sector life, all working (in this exact instance) on the human colonization of space, all lead by NASA and the international science community.
If we’re comparing accomplishments, then SpaceX has done more successful launches than the entirety of NASA, by a large margin; including human space flights.
The question is why do you think spacex is an equal or greater communal effort.
Comparing accomplishments is the outcome, not the effort, therefore not the communal effort.
