I like challenging achievements if it’s in a game that I really like. I don’t like the “challenge run” type achievements. I don’t don’t really want to play the game like a speed runner.

I saw plenty of women on Bumble, when the women had to message first, that had “I don’t message first” in their bio. I gave up on the apps. They are the worst thing on the planet for your self esteem and mental health.

Best way would probably to be properly diagnosed. There’s a lot of overlap between different disorders and it’s probably not the best to try and diagnose yourself. The Internet can be really harsh at times so relying on social media for validation probably isn’t going to help anything. Keep level headed, nonjudgmental people close to you.

Efficiency in any job comes from experience. You just have to put yourself out there and do regardless of what your goal is.
