If ads weren’t obtrusive and deceptive, I wouldn’t feel the need to block them.

Surprising nobody.

It’s sort of like a cancer patient having a tumor removed. There’s still a long road ahead to recovery, and plenty of opportunities for new tumors to replace it.

So I’m going to breathe a sigh of relief, take a few moments to enjoy the reduced weight of the world, and then prepare for the next steps.

I hope they do an American version that takes place in the same universe but with games more common in America, and an entirely new story. I don’t want a rehash of the same show in English. I saw Squid Games already. Maybe it could be “Squid Games International” because it was so popular among the oligarchy, they brought it to North America.

Before I was a dad, I would say a lot of these ironically, fully aware of and referencing the cliche. Now, they’re just part of me.

I used to love getting that magazine in the mail.

Part of the problem is that there is real anti-Semitism waiting for political cover to join the chorus of valid criticism to further their agenda. Bigots salivate over stories like this to point to as justification for their hatred of entire religious and/or ethnic groups.

This is horrific, and the criminals who did this should face the harshest of punishments. They won’t, because of many problems we face, but none of those problems are solved by dehumanizing the group that contains the perpetrators. This was a hate crime, and you don’t fix Israeli bigotry with more bigotry.
