Norwegian here. Neutral to positive, really. On average, that is. Sure, we have some shitheads that oppose people of the wrong color or creed, but they’re in the vast minority.
My tiny town has been enriched by immigrants. Eons ago, before I moved here from the other end of the country, a lot of Chileans moved here after fleeing Pinochet. Then once Assad truly bungled Syria, we got some Syrians too. And over the past few years there have been a few Ukranian families.

I also love the scene where Carv tries to be the “good cop” by offering anything the suspect wanted, but it turns out they didn’t really have much to offer except from a lone Hershey bar or something.
Early 2000s entertainment too. A good portion of the edgy jokes could be considered funny because they were made on the assumption that “We can laugh about this, because we all know racism and sexism is bad, right?”.
And then 2015ish happened and it became obvious that a lot of people weren’t laughing AT the -isms but rather WITH.

Beyond the “default” stuff, I always seem to end up with a setup that involves linux + apache + mod_perl + postgresql for various purposes. And by the way, that’s the only proper LAMP stack in my book, and I will die on this hill.
