GNU started out with a financial plan back when it first began. It’s still going strong.
The goals are what’s important. The character of the project.

It uses human intuition heavily.

26·11 days agoLearn shorthand. AI can’t read it. Gregg Shorthand Anniversary Edition is practically indecipherable to AI. And it allows you to write at up to 300 wpm.

26·12 days agoReddit needs to stay up. It’s the last corporate stronghold of free speech. Moderators are not the corporation.
That being said, it’s definitely a shitty platform.

The problem with that is that shorthand relies a lot on abbreviations: B = Be or By. But, at the end of a word, it can be ble, like tab. J can be J, or -age. A uses a single dot. So does -ing.
Because of that, I’m curious whether it would catch on or not.
