3 months agoYeah this is having a huge negative impact on industry. New grads expect step by step process for every task. Every year there is less ability to solve problems. I don’t know what the solution is but even if we remove llms from the conversation we have an issue with graduates not being able to problem solve. Add on top of that the influence of social media and the constant fear of being wrong and you end up with paralysis once these individuals enter the workforce and are required to solve bespoke problems.
Not skate parks, solar/BESS facilities. They have all the electrical infrastructure already built, the transformers don’t care which way the electron moves through them. Fill the buildings with sodium batteries (to avoid fire suppression requirements) pile solar panels on the rooftops and surrounding areas. Anyone that has money should be buying these up on the cheap during the crash, skip the entire interconnection queue
