I feel the strong discomfort with popular things and and almost compulsive need to avoid them, but I’ve never felt i was missing anything.

It can be frustrating to run into so few people who understand my taste / break free of conformity, but that’s their failing, not mine. 🙃

It goes as high as 80mg I think, so you are being started out at a very low dose. possibly even a lower than equivalent dose to your adderall, it seems a bit low at 10mg. Not sure what your doctor’s reasons were.

It lasts up to 12 hours and takes a couple hours to get up to speed but then it’s an even/consistent release for much of the dose. It doesn’t “peak” the way Adderall does.
