From the utter lack of action I’ve seen so far from the USA, most folks will be sitting in the gas chamber, breathing the gas, and tweeting about how mass executions by gas chamber are against this and that law, while having done nothing at all to actually resist it.
Hard to have a breaking point when you have the integrity of a soggy overcooked spaghetti noodle.

Woke is a brilliant and evil political manipulation tool. As a conservative politician, you never have to state a position on any topic anymore. You just say you’re against all the woke stuff and your captive idiots just assume you agree with them. They hear exactly what they want to hear.

It’s a shortcut around actually saying anything of substance. You can get two people whose agendas are completely opposed to both believe that you are on their side because they both accept that “woke” means the thing they hate. And since you just said that you hate “woke”, then you hate the same thing they do so they will support you through anything now.
If you count all the aggressive pop ups and prompts and notifications and other bullshit that you can’t turn off any time you try to just use your own fucking computer… 10 minutes from power button to game launch. Linux? Less than 2.
A strike would be fascinating. You can’t just stop a chip fab. There could be huge batch losses.

Who cares if a MSRP$199 motherboard now costs $239 instead of the $249 it did last month? RAM is still thousands of dollars. GPUs are still thousands of dollars.

An absolutely based strategy would be to launch a highly anticipated product with falsely constrained supply. Then right as the scalpers start posting their shit release the real supply with like a $10 price reduction and make a big announcement. Scalpers get rekt when everyone who wants one can get it for $10 less.
All the more reason for them to protest.

If function were a priority at all for pickup trucks they would have stubby sloped noses like Sprinter vans have. But no, they need to have massively elongated and elevated hoods because the vast, overwhelming majority are sold exclusively as penis prosthetics.
It’s comical how empty the engine bay is under those stupid hoods. On Rams with the V6 I can literally stand on the ground in between the radiator and the front end of the engine and still have room to move around.
If they used a functional and efficient (and way less expensive) van instead of a pickup for their trade, the ownership and fuel savings would more than pay for a reasonable car to use as a car.
They should require a commercial license, have hardware speed limiters, be restricted to only the right lane of the highway, and require biannual safety inspections. You want to cosplay as a trucker, you get to live by trucker rules.
Vans are the real vehicle for trades. You can fit way more gear, it’s all locked up and weather protected, and the vehicle footprint is still smaller.
There is almost nothing a pickup truck does better than a van when it comes to work vegicles for the trades.
