Honestly, they really don’t believe in women’s and LGBT+ rights anymore either. They like saying they are because it gets votes, but in practice, they are perfectly fine sacrificing them as long as it benefits them in their real goals. (Supporting there donors and lobbyists) When they do have control and the ability to fight for people’s rights, they never get around to it.

Sure, it might not work, but no sense not trying anyway. If you abandon trying to win via election, it will just give them more grounds to claim legitimacy. The last election was fishy, let’s not given them elections that they win without cheating.
