She probably thinks it is wholesome? More likely though her pr manager thought AI, being a controversial topic, would be a good way to bump up her interaction metrics.

She thinks “normal people” should act like AI

Just blindly accept blame, tell her she’s stunning and brave, and swear “convincingly” that it’ll never happen again.

Imagine you’re her PA, she has a dumb idea, you do everything to save it…

And when it barely manages to get pulled off, she bitches you out for it not being perfect even tho it’s impossible. That was likely what was cut off. A normal human might defend themselves, break down, or just quit

Chatbots don’t care, they’ll say whatever will keep you typing. And their promises to do better mean nothing, if it was that easy for them to not make mistakes, AI companies would pay her trillions to send crazy all caps insult texts to chatbots all day

She got an empty promise and isn’t smart enough to realize it means nothing.

She thought no deeper than “that’s what I wanted to hear” the reality of what she is told doesn’t matter. If it had said “there are limits to current AI” she’d have quit using it, so it maintained a customer by any means necessary, a chat it’s primary directive.

She was almost certainly paid by OpenAI to share this. Any time the Kardashians publicly interact with a brand in any way, it is safe to assume that money has changed hands. It’s the basis of their incomes.
