I’ve had a broken arm, weeks of vomiting, and a dozen dangerously high fevers, chronic breathing issues, and I didn’t get care for any of them. I also haven’t been to the dentist in over 25 years. But I have “insurance”. It’s fucking evil and so are the advocates of mandates.

How can I be grateful for care I get to help subsidize but can’t use? I literally haven’t been to the doctor at all. How is that better health care? It’s zero care. The important part is that you’re on a monthly paid plan, and if you become uninsured and have a lapse in your coverage, you will pay even more.
