If you’re going mostly alone, you might consider completely removing the front passenger seat.
That will allow a lower, more permanent bed frame and/or more storage space underneath it. (Passenger footwell is a huge available storage space.)
Also, you need to be considering ventilation. Without modification, moisture from your breath/body will cause condensation inside the car at night. This can eventually lead to mold, corrosion, or electrical issues.
The best solution is a roof fan, but that’s a pretty big and permanent step. A good, more temporary solution is to crack a couple of windows and rig some way to put window screens in the gaps so you don’t get a lot of bugs.
You can get window screens that fit over a car window for cheap.
