Good, it’s a ridiculously generic patent. It only exists so they can bully smaller developers that threaten to compete with them.

The scope of games to which this could apply is comical. For example, Skyrim would violate this patent because you can conjure familiars to fight for you. Even many card games and strategy games could technically violate this patent.

Non final decision but looks promising so far.
