Here is the stairs before sanding, priming and painting. They stayed like this for about 18 months because we got busy and couldn’t decide on finishing.

Here is the stairs before sanding, priming and painting. They stayed like this for about 18 months because we got busy and couldn’t decide on finishing.
More so tedious than hard. I had to buy treads, have Home Depot cut them to length ( I don’t have a saw for that), pry up the old step, clean out the space, wood putty the holes, wood glue the shit out of the step frame, place step, nail gun the shit out of it, then lather rinse repeat up and up and up. Until it’s time to sand and paint.
