I’m fond of https://thehistoryofengland.co.uk/ as a podcast. I listened to a whole lot of it with a single earbud in while my kids were in that stage.

Joanna Lumley made a few nice ones (like “in the Land of the Northern Lights”)

Or better fit in this community : the “rail away” series*. It’s just special train rides across the world with short explanations. Very dull, yet pleasurable.

* It’s dutch, but I’ll bet there are english/international variations too

(the dullest EVER was a broadcast by a regional broadcaster in the early morning hours titled “gaan we links of gaan we rechts” {do we go left or do we go right?} which was just a camera in a car that drove around. No voice-over, No music. Just a camera in a car that drove around.)
