That looks like a cane toad.
In Australia they’re a massive invasive species. Maybe invasive is the wrong word, since they were introduced to eat the cane beatle. Decided that was to much effort and just terrorise everything else.
When I was a kid they were 3000kms away now they’re in my town and on the march too Western Australia
I believe he is a western toad. They are quite common in this area and have a very broad range of habitats they survive in.
