while i understand where that comes from…hard not agree accelerationism is working.
the american people as a whole are…kind of dumb as shit (this being by design, our public education system meant specifically to make compliant factory workers), many will only learn through direct personal pain.
someone correct me if i’m wrong, but wasnt it not till the great depression that the US has its first major surge in left-wing activism. maybe we just need a economic collapse so severe and widespread that it scars a generstion into thinking “maybe we do need to work together to survive”, regardless of how some talking head on a screen tells them to feel about their neighbors
