This probably means something in Britbong but I have no idea what it could be.
The town Oldham is manc (of or related to Manchester), old ham is mank (disgusting, more often “manky”). It’s a very regional pun.
Can’t believe the strength of opinion on this post! I assume it’s people frustrated that you dare post a pun in a (non-American) dialect… or perhaps you’ve touched a raw nerve in Oldham!
