For the folks not born last century, the joke is that Madonna used to wear these really pointy cone-shaped boob holders. I don’t know if that was her bra or top or what. Might have even been metal
Ah yes, late 1980s early 90s Madonna bra preference was odd. When she was on the Oprah Winfrey Show of course Oprah asked her about it, Madonna explained she liked the feeling of the bondage type bra because it felt like something that held her tight and she could BREAK out of it. She put great emphasis on the word BREAK, like the feeling of breaking out of handcuffs.
