I don’t think it’s strickly a conservative thing to prefer not to poop next to the opposite gender.
Can you elaborate on the your opinion about mixed gender sports?
Sports isn’t just about physical. There is ability to operate as a team. I suspect that mixed gender teams will be superior to mono-gender teams. Diverse perspectives, with proper structure to organize and make use of those perspectives and execute well should always rise above a mono-culture.
