What’s something about sex you think is pointless or overrated?

I’ll start with shower sex. Showers are great for foreplay, or for aftercare, but actual sex in the shower? I’m not a massive fan

    Sex, and romantic relationships, are a lot more important than people realize. Unless you’re some variation of asexual/aromantic, it’s a need, just not one that followed by physical issues or even death upon failure of satisfying it. Dismissing them as not important or completely interchangeable with regular friendships/hobbies is dangerous, and leaves an opening for grifters.

      Hard agree with you there. There’s been so much of this weird pressuring, of men especially, that you can just replace romantic and sexual interests with a hobby or something. And honestly now I see that type of “advice” as simply evil. Everyone who feels like they need romance and sex are completely valid in their feelings.

      What? Just no… Yes feeling undesirable can seriously hurt one’s self-esteem but at non point can it lead to physical issues.
