As someone who has internal monologue: offensive language is subjective. Those are discriminate statements about someone’s physical characteristics that are outside of their control. Similar statements about gender of skin color would be looked down on.

As someone with an internal monologue, but not sure it’s mine, the whispers are getting louder, and they’re starting to make convincing points.
It’s also pretty insulting for something that might have just been me understanding something wrong, having nothing to do with brain function
