Relatively early after the 2022 invasion he said that blowing up dams would be seen as using weapons of mass destruction and then Russia blew up that large dam (name escapes me) and yet France did not even launch a single interceptor on behalf of Ukraine, let alone establish a no fly zone over eastern and souther Ukraine.
