Never in my life have I ever learned so much about plant law. So she is basically saying that for small hobbyists plant propagation is fine because large companies aren’t going to waste their time on small growers. Propagate away.
Her channel is very interesting and informative! Ive been learning about plans and how to do plant cultures. I may get into the hobby…but I have too many as is!
