I am always open to the truth. Please, do share.
I give up, you guys win. There is no source of actual truth, we’re all fucked. Truth is just an illusion. Facts don’t matter any more.
If you think Wikipedia is biased, then I have nothing further to say to you. Enjoy OAN, News Max, Fox News, and all that other right wing horse shit. Wikipedia is community consensus. It’s the only place I get my “news” from.
I don’t want to be the guy arguing on the Internet, but just read the Wikipedia article on communism here. When the Russian people toppled their last monarch, they never actually went full communism.
Russia was never communist. They were a dictatorship dressed up in communist clothing. If the workers ever controlled the means of production in a nation, I’d love to hear about it.

PC Gaming@lemmy.ca•‘I was a functioning alcoholic’: Cliff Bleszinski opens up about addiction, recovery, and his hope to return to gamesEnglish
4·18 days agoI’m really glad he got sober, and feel bad that he got sucked into the world of alcohol through work.
Tangentially related, I know someone who worked on Boss Keys actual last game, Radical Heights. I don’t blame Cliff at all, but it was essentially a cash grab on the battle royale genre based on PUBG and Fortnite’s success. It launched in early access in 2018-ish and was only available for like 6 months before the studio shuttered.
Hopefully Cliff is able to get back in the saddle and put out some amazing new properties.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What fictional president would have been a good president?
2·18 days agoI’d be fine with that. He eventually found the smartest person in the world and put him in charge. Trump just appointss sycophants that are the most vile, evil people on the planet.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What fictional president would have been a good president?
10·19 days agoAnyone. Literally any movie president would be better than what we have. I’d take Bill Pullman, Harrison Ford, Jack Nicholson from Mars attacks, anyone.
Thanks for the recommendation. I’ve had T-fal in the past, but I’ll give them another shot.
I’m definitely going to give this a try.

Fair ;-)
