Yeah, its a sports related thing. When I was 12/13 I was a distance runner in track. A large chunk of cartilage actually came out of my knee and had to be removed as it had calcified. Now, at 39 I have to deal with quite a lot of pain and being a custodian I’m on my feet all day. I may be able to get help through the VA, but there’s no way I could prove it’s service related and while my insurance is pretty good, I don’t know how well I could cover the copay.
