CachyOS is built off Arch, a rolling-release distro. RR distros are notoriously unstable, and by design. It does exactly what it says on the tin.
I encountered this problem myself, and it was very stupid and annoying, but I had reason to re-install anyways. That’s the cost of bleeding-edge packages. If you’re unaware/unprepared for it, best not install anything arch-based. That’s why most servers are Debian-based.

There’s PoJav Launcher. Pretty sure it’s OSS. I don’t have too much experience with it, but it seems to launch the game fine.

0·1 month agoI’m not too familiar with the project, but I thought I heard talk about it being a compat. layer instead of a VM. Idk though, I might be entirely wrong lol.

0·1 month agoIirc, ValvE was working on one for the Steam Frame so all the Android VR games will run natively on SteamOS.
Edit: its called Lepton. Here’s an article i found about it.


The CP acronym is very convenient as well.
